INSULL MUST GO.
DEPORTATION FROM GREECE. ATHENS, December 25. The Minister of the Interior, Mr. Metaxas, stated yesterday that the appeal of Mr. Samuel Insull from the Government's ruling that he must lOavc Athens by January 31 will be without avail. "The Government has the right," he said, "to deport any undesirable foreigner irrespective of the Supreme Council's decision. Mr. Insull must go." The extradition of Mr. Insull is desired by the United States to face charges arising out of the failure of some of his financial undertakings. He sought asylum in Greece, where he has been living since I June, 1032.
