' The "Daily Telegraph" correspondent in Prague says it is reported that the Chancellor, Dr. Doll fuss, through intermediaries, approached Herr Hitler with a view to the abolition of the ban on German visitors to Austria, which is causing economic and political difficulties in Austria. In return, Dr. Dollfuss offered to allow German motor ears and visitors in Austria to use the swastika emblem, also to allow Austrian Nazis to reconstruct their party under the name of the German National party. Herr Hitler has curtly rejected the conditions.
