Hundreds Caught in Big "Round-up." JAPS. IN MANCHURIA. (Received 12.30 p.m.) KOBE, December 21. i A total of' 345 alleged Communists have been sentenced in Pyong-yang, Korea, 23 to death, 20 to life imprisonment, and the remainder to various shorter terms. The case has been pending for over two years. The prisoners were rounded up in Chien-tao, over the North Korean border, soon after the Manchurian outbreak. A- total embargo placed on any mention of the* affair has been maintained since the beginning.
