NOVEMBER RECEIPTS LOWER. Estimated monthly receipts of Imperial and International Communications, Ltd., for November fell slightly short of those registered in October. The index figure stood at 71.8, compared with 72.1 in October, when the highest figures for the year were recorded. The index represents the average monthly returns in 1029.
