The following measures were passed: Scenerv Preservation, Egmont National Park, Orchard Tax, Local Authorities' Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion, Royal Society, and Weights and Measures. , , , A second reading was accorded the Moneylenders Amendment, and progress in committee was reported on the Poultry Bill. The Legislative Council passed without amendment the Auckland Harbour Board Empowering Bill.
