Mandeno Jackson will sell by public" auction at their rooms, 3, Swanson Street, at 11 o'clock to-morrow morning, about 302% acres of land, comprising partly a seaside subdivision, and. partly land suitable for farming, with some improvements, situated at Orewa, North Auckland also a city property, situated at the corner of Beaumont and Jellicoe Streets, having 111 ft frontage to the former,, and about 32% ft to the latter, together with a brick building, suitable for engineering works.
