WORK FOR DRAFTING EXPERTS
(British Official 'Wireless.) (Received 1.30 p.m.) RUGBY, October 25. The Bureau of the Disarmament Conference met this afternoon at Geneva. The chairman, Mi. Arthur Henderson, proposed that , the meeting of the General Commission of the Disarmament Conference should adjourn until December 4, and recotnmended that the Drafting Committee prepare a model convention embodying Sir John Simon's latest proposal, before the work of the conference was resumed. Mr. Henderson indicated the possibility that a further adjournment to a still later date might prove necessary.
The conference adjourned till Decern' ber 4.
