TRIBUTE TO BOXER.
LARGE FUNERAL CORTEGE, i (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, Tuesday. A remarkable tribute was shown the late Bert Lowe, the young professional boxer who died in hospital following a bout at Greymouth, when 2000 people this evening joined in a half-mile cortege from St. Patrick's Church, where a crowded service had been held, to the railway station. The attendance at the ; station disorganised traffic until the train i bearing the deceased boxer, his mother,! sister and friends, departed. '
