The semi-finals of the New Zealand amateur wrestling championships resulted : — Feather-weight.—E. Anthony (PaTmerston North), 8.13, beat G. F. Genet Christchurch), 8.13, on points. Light-weight.—R. Bullock (Wanganui), 0.12, beat F. Spalding (Wellington), 9.13. Spalding was incapacitated in the last round. Welter-weight.—R. Peclcrne (Palmerston North), 10.7, beat H. Blanchfield (Greymouth), 10.2. Blanchfield was incapacitated in the first round. Middle-weight.—C. Kiekanls (Wanganui), 11.4, beat L. Coughlan (Otago), 10.13, on points; IT. Johnson (Auckland), 11.2, beat J. Beasley (New Plymouth), 11.1, one fall. Light-heavy-weight.—R. Douglas (Auckland), 12.2, beat P. Razos (Wellington), 12.0, on points; H. Bartlett (Wanganui), 11.13, beat A. K. Asher (Christchurch), 12.0, taking two quick falls. Heavy-weight.—H. R. Godfrey (Wellington!, 13.0, beat G. Harris (Stratford), 13.^, on points; D. Scarrow (Wanganui), 13.7, beat D. G. Simpson (Christchurch), 13.i>VS>, a fall in the last round.
