"GANDHI MUST NOW RETIRE."
CALCUTTA,'October 6. "Gandhi's political leadership has failed and he must now be asked to retire, as he represents a great impediment in the way of democracy," declared Jamnadas Mesta, formerly a staunch supporter of Gandhi, in a speech in Bombay.
