PERSISTENT SIGNS.
BRITAIN'S TRADE RECOVERY. (Received 1 p.m.) LONDON, October 6. The "Daily Mail" records growing trade revival signs, including the persistent improvement of railway traffic, unemployment figures, also increasing docks activity, notably at Liverpool, where the seasonal arrival of ships is far greater tlian it was last year. Cargoes, too, are much larger, especially grain and fruit. Some incoming vessels have to wait for days for a berth. Industrial activity also continues to maintain a steady upward trend.
