COMPREHENSIVE IMPROVEMENT SCHEME AT POPULAR BEACH.—The mouth of the Wairau Stream, at the northern end of Milford Beach, where the Takapuna Borough Council proposes to form a large salt water swimming pool and also do extensive reclamation work to increase the area of the park and the parking facilities for motorists.
