| LATEST FROM SMITHFIELD. THE BANK'S REPORT. The Bank of New Zealand lias received the following advice from its London office as at the close of business this week:—Wethers: The market is rather easier. Ewes: There is a little better demand. Lambs: The market is quiet and unchanged. The mar'.iet is affected by heavy supplies of home-killed meat. Wethers, light 4d to 5d per lb, heavy 3%d to 3%; ewes, 2%d to 3%d: lambs, twos 7d to 7 1 /4 d, eights 6%d to 7d, fours 6d to 6%d, seconds 63id to 7d.
