Poison on Sugar.—Boy Dies
in Agony.

VIENNA, October 6.
In order to test whether a poison with which fie intended to commit suicide would cause him pain, Theodore Wichtel, a vineyard worker, aged 27, gave it on a lump of sugar to a boy, aged five. The boy died in agony. Wichtel was arrested, and he confessed his crime.
