FRACTURED SKULL.
FARM LABOURER'S DEATH. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) ASHBURTON, Friday. John McPherson, aged 52, who had no known relatives, the farm labourer who fell from the running board of a car at Methven last Saturday, died in the Ashburton Hospital this morning without refraining consciousness. Mr. McPherson was being given a lift from a racecourse to the township when he fell and fractured his skull.
