REINSTATED CHIEF.
LOYAL MESSAGE TO THE KING.
CAPETOWN, October 1. The Bcchuanaland chief, Tshckedi, was received by Admiral Evans on board tho flagship Dorsetshire, which arrived at Capetown yesterday. On his own initiative Tshekcdi sent a cablegram to the King expressing his unswerving loyalty. Ho and "the admiral will leave by express on Monday for Serowo, where the admiral will reinstate him.
