OFFICIAL WEARS SWASTIKA./
(Kecoived 10 a.m.) PRAGUE, October 1. ■Baron von Bibra, Secretary to the uerinan Legation, was severely manhandled in the street for wearing a swastika. Six suspects were arrested, out later released. Baron von Bibra says that diplomatic Privilege permits his wearing the swas- ™«. which, is prohibited in Czechoslovakia.
