BANKRUPTCY COURT
Hr. Justice Herdinan dealt with several bankruptcy matters in the 'Supreme Court to-day.
The following were granted discharges from bankruptcy: —Joshua Carder, boot manufacturer, Auckland; Alfred F. G. Kespinger and Amy Mary Respinger, manufacturers' agents, Auckland, and William Wesley Rowe, draper, of Waihi.
The following were adjudicated bankrupt: Leonard Edward Williams, carrier, formerly of Auckland; Andrew McMath, fanner, of Whangape; J. Laird, builder, of Grey Lynn, and John Lrlich, fish shop proprietor, of Symonds Street.
The motion for discharge of Stanley Kemp, farmer, of Wlnikatane, was adjourned for a month.
