MOTORIST AND DRINK.
" SHOTJXD KNOW HIS CAPACITY." (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) DUNEDIN, Thursday. The question of how much a man should drink when he has to drive a car was the subject of comment by the president of the South Island Motor Union, Mr. Johnston, at a conference. "I am not one of those who say a man should not have a single drink when at the wheel," said Mr. Johnston. "It should be a man's own responsibility entirely. Everyone should know his capacity, and act accordingly."
