The drawing of "Better Times" art union will take place to-morrow morning at the Town Hall, Wellington. The proceedings will be open to the publjc, and the draw is scheduled to commence at 9 a.m. There are 207 prizes totalling £4000, and the list of the winners' names will be published in the "Star" tomorrow. • . i
