Japan and Britain Must Come Together. TRADE TALKS IN INDIA. (Received 0.30 a.m.) HONGKONG, September 1. The Japanese representative, Mr. Sawada, who is en route to the IndiaJapanese trade parley, said he was determined to bring about good will between the countries involved. It was vital to the peace of the world that Britain and Japan should come together as they had always hitherto done.
