(Sent in by Molly Ourtin, 24, Church .Street, Ponsonby, YV.2.) Take n clean handkerchief and spread ifc out flat. Then tightly roll up olio of the long sides until the two rolls lie side by side, (see- A). Xcxt take tho farther piid of the two rolls and double them over, so that they almost, but not quite, touch the nearer ends (see B). After that, bend the nearer end under the end just folded (see C). When this is done,

press on the handkerchief with one hand and, with the other, search for two corners, which will be found one in each roll, and pull downwards (eeo D). Follow bv finding tlio two other ends of the handkerchief, and pull them outwards and sideways (see E). Tie these two litttor ends around the niase of the handkerchief, an inch from the end (tee F) and you have an attractive doll.
