All pans and boxes should bo legibly labelled at the time seeds are sown therein, and smooth wooden labels of suitable size and pointed at one end will
! be found as handy as anything for the purpose. Always commence to write the name of the plant close to the top end of the label, so that no portion of the j writing will I- buried below the surface.
