TAKE EXERCISE.

Batho the feet in a foot bath of warm salt water. Hub with eau do Cologne. Then exercise after standing all day. Grip the toes in the hands and stretch them backwards and forwards. With the hands supporting you on a table, raise yourself as nearly as possible on the tips of the toes. Kelax and repeat. Sitting down, practise rotary movements with each foot in turn, first to the right, then to the- left. If you cannot take any other form of exercise, at least practise stretching after sitting all day. Clasp the thumbs together and raise the. hands over the head, pulling upwards from the shoulders ' to the linger tips. With the feet against a table or solid piece of furniture, stretch from tho hips downwards to the toes. Clasp tho thumbs together and raiso tho hands over the head, arms outstretched. Keeping the head between the arms, sway first to the left, then to tho right, stretching the neck muscles, and from shoulders right clown to linger tips. Bend down and touch the toes without bending the knees, sway back as far as possible. Stretch diaphragm and back muscles.
