ELECTION OF OFFICERS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association;) CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. The following officers were elected at a meeting' of the board of the New Zealand Trotting Association this evening:—President Mr. J. H. Williams; vice-president, Mr 'H W. Kitchingham; treasurer, Mr. W'Hayward; licensing committee, Messrs.. W. Hayward, J. R. McKenzie, H. E. Harley: colours committee, Messrs. J. H. Williams, J. R. McKenzie; appeal committee, Messrs. Williams, Kitchingham, Hayward and B McCarthy; foreign horse committee, Messrs. Hayward, T. J. W. Buxton, A G Mabee, S. W. Kelly, J. M. Samson, C' R* Caffin and J. B. Thomson; association members on stipendiary stewards committee, the president and vice-presi-dent; auditor, Mr. R. L. Hicks.
