END OF EMPLOYMENT.
STRATFORD LINE WORKERS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) STRATFORD, this day. With the taking over of the Stratford Main Trunk railway by the Railway Department, about ISO men now engaged in putting the final touches on the line will be unemployed, as no other railway construction work is in progress to which they can be transferred. Many of the men have been following railway construction practically all their lives, so they will find it hard to adapt i themselves to the altered conditions.
