WRESTLING.
WALKER-VARGA MATCH. At the Town Hall on Monday evening a professional wrestling bout .between George Walker and Count Varga will be staged. These two wrestlers have already met twice, Walker winning the first bout with a surprise fall in the first minute, and Varga getting a decision against Walker on a foul at Wellington when they had a fall each. A very closely contested bout is anticipated. The following amateur preliminaries have been arranged: .J. Southwaite (Wilson's), 9.12, v. F. Murpny (Community Sunshine), 9.12; B. Keesing Grafton), 9.4, v. F. French (Y.M.C.A.), 9.6; A. Jones (Otahuhu), 11.0, v. F. Munce (Grafton), 11.0; V. S. Aspin (Awitu), 12.10, v. S. Hollows (Whangarei), 10.12. Emergency: C. Curtice (Y.H.C.A.), 9.6, y. K. Eobbs (Leys), 0.6.
