SEAMEN'S MISSION.
I After strenuous work by the contractors the new hall of the Missions to Seamen Institute, was finished in time for the dance given to 45 petty officers and men from the Australian squadron last evening. It was arranged by the Harbour Lights Guild. During the evening one of the Australian, visitors rendered some vocal numbers, and the visitors expressed their pleasure at such a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Spring flowers were daintily arranged on the supper tables and round the social hall. The chaplain and Mrs. H. K. Viekery received the guests, the latter wearing a brown georgette and lace.
