SIR JOHN SIMON'S HEALTH. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, August 30. Sir John Simon, Foreign Secretary, and Lady Simon arrived at Southampton from South America yesterday afternoon. Sir John will remain in London for about a week and will probably then' proceed to Scotland after attending the Cabinet meeting to be held on September 5. He stated that he enjoyed a splendid trip to a splendid country, and that he was feeling extremely well after the rest and change.
