JUDGES RESIGN.
MORE FRICTION IN CUBA. HAVANA, August 30. All the members of' the Cuban Supremo Court, with the exception of Chief Justice Edelman, handed their resignations to the President, Senor Carlos do Cespedes, yesterday. The Havana Court was under- fire recently by factions opposed to the former Machado regime.
