A General Rate of One and One-eighth of a Penny in the pound. 2. A Special Rate of One renny Three Farthings in the pound to provide interest and sinking fund on loans totalling £57,050. 3. A Separate Rate of Three-eighths of a Penny in the pound to provide the levy made by the Auckland Hospital and Charitable Aid Board. All to be levied on the Capital Value of all ratable property within the Papatoetoe Town District. 4. A "Water Rate— (a) In respect of the Ordinary Supply upon all lands and buildings to which water is supplied, a Rate of One Ninety-sixth Part of a Penny in the pound, with a minimum charge of Ten Shillings. (b) Non-consumers Rate upon all lands and buildings to which water can be, but is not supplied, situate within one hundred yards from any part of the waterworks, a rate of One One Hundred and Ninety-second Part of a Penny in the pound, being one ljalf of the above-mentioned rate, with a minimum charge of Five Shillings. 5. A Special Rate of One Thirty-second Part of a Penny in the pound upon the Capital Value of all ratable property in the Papatoetoe Hall Loan Special Rating Area. G. A Special Rate of Onc-sixteentli of a Penny in the pound upon the Capital Value of all ratable property in the Tarnaki Road Loan Spccial Rating Area. 7. A Special Rate of One Farthing in the pound upon the Capital Value of all ratable property in the Mangere Road Loan .Special Rating Area. A rebate of Five Per Centum will be allowed on ail Rates paid 011 or before October 19, 1933, provided there are no arrears outstanding. The Rate Book, Valuation Roll, and Estimates 011 which the above Rates have been made may be inspected during office hours at the Town Board Office, Public Hall, Papatoetoe.
