Mr. Forbes on American Recovery Policy. GREATEST EXPERIMENT. SAN FRANCISCO, August 29. The hope that the National Recovery Administration of the United States "may point the way to the world-wide restoration of business," was expressed by Mr. G. W. Forbes, Prime Minister of New Zealand. Mr. Forbes sails by the Makura on Wednesday for New Zealand. Ho said: "The entire world is watching anxiously for the results. Never before in history has such an experiment been made."
