ADLAM. —On August 20, 1033, at the Auckland Hospital, Walter Henry, dearly loved eldest son of the late J. \V. and E. J. Adlam, late of Thames. Service at the chapel of Arthur Holmes, Abbotsford Street, Newmarket, to-morrow (Wednesday), at 8.4 5 a.m., funeral leaving at 9 a.m. for Thames.
BAX. —On August 2S, at her parents' residence, Mueller Street, Waihi (Mr. D. G. Saunders), Ellen Marjory Caldwell, dearly beloved wile or Laurence Ashton Bax, of Wharepoa, and the much loved sister or Mr. G. S. Saunders, Hamilton; Mr. J. B. Saunders, Whakatane; Mr. E. O. Sanders, Auckland, and Mr. n. C. Saunders, Waihi; aged 2G years. God's will be done. The funeral will leave her late residence, Wharepoa, to-morrow (Wednesday) nrternoon at 2.30 p.m. Tor the Omahu Cemetery.

MITCHELL. —On August 27, 1933. at Auckland, Rachael Rebecca, widow or the late Michael Mitchell and beloved mother or Simeon Mitchell; ug-ed 40 years. Service will bo hold at her late residence, 229, I'onsonby Hoad, 7.30 each night.
MURRAY. —On August 28, 1033, at the residence of her daughter, 103, West End Road, Heme Bay, Agnes, widow of the late Hugh Murray, and loved mother of Mrs. R. Mclklejohn, Colin and George Murray. Funeral will leave the above address to-morrow (Wednesday), at 2 p.m. SHAKESPEAR. —On August 28, at Auckland, Harriet Elizabeth, late of Takapuna, widow of the late William Henry Shakespear. Private Interment.
