RAPID PROGRESS.
GRIMSBY FISH DOCK. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 12 noon.) KUGBY, August 20. Kapid progress is being made towards the completion of the £1,500,000 development scheme . promoted by the Grimsby Corporation and the London and North-Eastern* Eailway for a new fish doc]-c at Grimsby, Yorkshire, which was a small village 70 years ago and to-day has a population of 100,000. It is hoped the dock, which will be an important factor in expediting the marketing and dispatch of fish to all parts of the United Kingdom, will be ready for general traffic at the end of 1934.
