SWASTIKA STOLEN.
WREATH AT ARC DE TRIOMPHE PARIS, August 20. A party of German students, accompanied by an attache from the German Embassy", placed a wreath bearing a swastika on the tomb of the Unknown Soldier at the Arc de Triomphe, Paris. Someone later snatched away the swastika.
