GRCUP OF ISLANDS.
RUSSIAN ARCTIC DISCOVERY. (Received 11 a.m.) MOSCOW, August 20. The Arctic expedition, headed by Professor Viese, has discovered a new group of islands in latitude 75.55, longtitude 81.51. They will be called Izvestia. The group lies south-west of the chain of islands discovered in, the Arctic last year.
