DESIRE FOR CO-OPERATION. (United P.A.—Electric Telegraph—Copyright, (Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, August 14. "The Times," in a leader in connection with the assurance of Major Elliot, Minister of Agriculture, of a Government undertaking to limit competing imports of dairy produce in order to safeguard the proposed National Milk Pool, states that the correspondence between Mr. G. W. Forbes and the National Farmers' Union shows that frank discussion between the English and New Zealand farmers is the most hopeful line to follow.
