THE MAYOR PLANTS A "PROSPERITY" TREE. A tree-planting ceremony took place at the Mount Albert Grammar School yesterday, when the Mayor, Mr. G. W. Hutchison, planted the first tree in the citrus test area adjoining the school. Trees were also planted by representative citizens, and the function was watched by an interested group of boys. The test area cqnsists of about two acres, and forms part of a scheme for the development of 20 acres for agricultural instruction at the Mount Albert Grammar School. -
