New Zealand Delegation to World Conference. RETURN JOURNEY. (Received 30.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, August 11. The Prime Minister of New Zealand, Mr. G. W. Forbes, and Mr. Robert Masters, Minister of Industries and Education, arrived to-day frdtn the World Economic Conference in London. Mr. Forbes said the conference "meant much in the way of international agreement."
