If you live in the country your lungs are pink, if in a town slate colour, and if a miner, black. Your lungs possess 723,000 aiT-6acs, and the area of the walls of your lungs is enough to carpet a room 30ft to 3pft square. Your ear „can sense vibrations up to 30,000 per second. The skin on your palm is 76 times as thick as that of your eyelid. Your body possesses well over 250 • bones and 230 joints. r There are 3000 sweat glands to tha i square inch on your hand. VERY CLEVER.
