FAIR TO FINE.
SCATTERED SHOWERS PASS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Yesterday's depression has moved away, but is still causing very stormy conditions on the ocean east of East Cape. The pressure is high over the north Tasman Sea, but a shallow secondary depression is crossing the south Tas'man Sea.
The forecast is for moderate to strong (but decreasing) south-west winds, with some scattered, showers at first, but weather maifily fair to fine; seas rough, but moderating.
