KATIKATI DAIRY COMPANY.
INCREASE IN OUTPUT,

The 32nd annual meeting of shareholders of the Katikati Co-operative Dairy Company was held in the Public Hall, Katikati, 011 Saturday, the acting chairman, Mr. D. C. D. Thomas, presiding in tlie absence of the chairman, Mr. W. Marshall, who is in England. About 100 shareholders were present.
The directors' report showed an increase in output of 114 tons, equal to 20 per cent for the season, and a quality of 0.3 points average for grade during the season, and total payment for the season of 9.03 d. The four retiring directors, Messrs. W. J. Andrews, R. J. Black and D. C. D. Thomas, were the only ones nominated, and were re-elected. It was stated that during the year the company had installed a deodoriser, this step being necessary to overcome what is known to graders as ''Bay flavour." The acting chairman reported that the (supply for July showed a 75 per cent increase over July last year.
At a subsequent meeting of directors Mr. W. Marshall was re-elected chairman and Mr. D. C. D. Thomas was appointed to act during the formers absence in England.
