GROWTH OF GERMANY. LONDON, July 23. To demonstrate Germany's past, present and future in the Antipodes, a Colonial Exhibition is now open in Berlin, says tho correspondent of "The Times." The opening was performed by the Mayor, Dr. Sahm, in the presence of former prominent colonial administrators. Dr. Sahm emphasised the renewed vitality of Germany's love of colonies.
