WANTS COLONIES.
GROWTH OF GERMANY. LONDON, July 23. To demonstrate Germany's past, present and future in the Antipodes, a Colonial Exhibition is now open in Berlin, says tho correspondent of "The Times." The opening was performed by the Mayor, Dr. Sahm, in the presence of former prominent colonial administrators. Dr. Sahm emphasised the renewed vitality of Germany's love of colonies. Ho quoted Herr Hitler's dictum against forgetting the people's most sacred right to a free plot of la:>d which they could farm and for which the most sacred sacrifice was to shed their blood. "Germany does not beg for colonies. She demands rights equal to those of other nations. Germans are a people without room. Lack of room /makes people lifeless."
