The fourth rabbit skin sale of the season was held at Wellington on Friday. There was an absence of American orders on the market, and in sympathy with recent southern auctions prices eased slightly on last sale rates. Prime and first winter bucks sold up to 77d. and prime and first winter does up to 41d, first incoming to 35d, outgoing bucks to 20d and outgoing does to 15% d. The following is the range of prices:—Runners. 4d to 4Vid; light racks, 8d to B%d; prime racks, to 8%tl; early autumns, to Ki'/ad; late autumns, 20d to 22d: autumns, 12d toJ2%d; (lawny autumns, to lid; (irst incoming. 30d to 35d: first early winter, 4. r >d to 4Sd: prime bucks, 7GVkI to 77d: first bucks, 75d to 70d; prime docs, 40d to 4]d; first does. 30d to 34% d; outgoing bucks, 24 , /4 dtc 26d; outgoing docs, to 15% d; milky, Sd to B%d; summers, to 5%d; spotted winter, to 24d; hare skins, 5%d to O'/id; late winders, to 32d; winter weevilly, Gd to 7d.
