WIFE'S MISCONDUCT.
HUSBAND GRANTED DIVORCE. After he had given evidence of his wife's misconduct with Francis Leonard Maxwell, described as an advertising manager, Howard Nattrass (Mr. Ho re), motor engineer, was granted a decree absolute in his petition for divorce against Edith Kathleen Nattrass, the petition being undefended. Petitioner said he married respondent in March, 1920, at Wellington and there were two children of the marriage. In May last he went to Wellington, and on tho*24th of that month saw respondent and Maxwell in a motor car about midnight at Karori. In April he had learned the pair had registered at tho Cambridge Hotel as Mr. and Mrs. Maxwell. Subsequent to the Wellington incident both respondent and co-respondent had made a. written confession of misconduct.
