ANOTHER. MALICIOUS ALARM.
Two minor outbreaks of fire and a malicious false alarm -were attended by lire brigades in the city during the week-end. At 11.-10 p.m. on Saturday the Parncll brigade was called to a scrub firo in Ayr Street, Parnoll, and extinguished the flames by beating them out. Yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock the Mount Eden and Mount Albert brigades answered a malicious falso alarm call to 0; Dunbar Road, Mount Eden. A cable lire at- 2.44 o'clock this nionr'i" caused a machine from the •central"station to turn out to the corner of Kitchener Street and Williams Street. Very little damage was done.
