Troops Leave Captured Jehol Town.

PEKING, July 23.
The troops of Feng Yu-hsiang, who was making an unofficial bid to recapture Jeliol from Manchukuo, have withdrawn from Dolonor, which was captured, and the Japanese are awaiting the outcome of events before advancing. Soviet officials here deny reports that Feng is receiving Russian support.
