UNMANAGEABLE AFTER RACE

After brilliantly, winning the July Handicap at the Aloorefield races yesterday Gay Hawk exhibited all' the sign's of doping, and was quite unmanageable in his •stall.. • . ■ A veterinary surgeon said he was convinced that the colt, which' is' owned by A. Noonan, had been . tampered with prior to the race, but the effects were too late to spoil his chance of winning. An inquiry is being held.
