ROOPE ROOSTER MATCHES. SOUTH AUCKLAND WITHDRAWS. REDRAW OF FIXTURES. Owing to the withdrawal of Taupiri and Huntly from the Koope Rooster knock-out competition o£ the Auckland Rugby League, the emergency committee yesterday afternoon made a redraw of the senior fixtures for Saturday, at> follows: — C'arlaw Park, No. I ground, 1.30 p.m., City v. Devonport; 3 p.m., Newton v. Richmond. No. 2 ground, City v. Mariet Reserves (1.30), and Devonport t. Newton Reserves (3 p.m.). Marist Old Boys will meet Ponsonby at Sturgess Park) Otahuhu, the curtainraiser being the second grade clash, of Otahuhu Rovers and Ellerslie.
