DR. IRIGOYEN PASSES,
BUENOS AYRES, July 4.
The former President of Argentina, Dr. Hipolito Irigoyen, died on Sunday night. He was 83 years old.
BLUE STAR SHIPS. CURRENT NEGOTIATIONS. LONDON, July 4. The New Zealand Meat and Dairy Boards state that negotiations with the Blue Star Line arc being continued. Their existing shipping contracts will expire on August 3.
